1. Lead Generation Platform

GetMovingQuotes is a lead generation platform only. We connect customers who need moving services with movers who may be able to provide those services. We do not provide moving services ourselves, and we are not a moving company.

Our sole role is to facilitate the introduction between customers and movers. Any contract, agreement, or arrangement for moving services is made directly between you (the customer) and the mover. GetMovingQuotes is not a party to any such agreement.

2. No Vetting of Movers

GetMovingQuotes does not vet, verify, screen, license-check, background-check, or otherwise validate any mover listed on our platform, whether described as "professional," "independent," or otherwise. We make no representations or warranties about the qualifications, competence, licensing, insurance status, or suitability of any mover.

We allow both licensed and unlicensed movers to submit quotes on our platform in order to provide you with competitive pricing options. It is your sole responsibility to verify a mover's credentials, licensing, insurance, and suitability before engaging their services.

3. No Responsibility for Moves or Damages

GetMovingQuotes takes no responsibility whatsoever for any move, the execution of any move, or any damages, losses, injuries, or other harm arising from or in connection with a move arranged through our platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Damage to or loss of any belongings, furniture, or property
• Personal injury to you, household members, or third parties
• Damage to property at pickup or dropoff locations
• Failure of a mover to appear or complete a move
• Overcharging, disputes, or fraud by a mover
• Any other harm arising from the moving services

4. Use at Your Own Risk

You use GetMovingQuotes entirely at your own risk. GetMovingQuotes, its owners, operators, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of this platform or any moving services arranged through it.

We strongly encourage you to independently verify the credentials and insurance of any mover before booking, obtain multiple quotes, and consider purchasing your own moving insurance or contents insurance.

5. Quotes Are Not Guarantees

Quotes provided by movers through our platform are estimates only. Final prices may differ. GetMovingQuotes has no control over quote accuracy, and we accept no liability for discrepancies between quoted and final prices.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding moving services must be resolved directly between you and the mover. GetMovingQuotes has no obligation to mediate or intervene in any dispute between customers and movers.

7. Changes to These Terms

GetMovingQuotes reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
